REFUND POLICY
Digital Products
All digital products, including our "Train with Josh - A Comprehensive 12 Week Program" ebook, are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered to your email address.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds after the product has been made available for download. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties downloading your ebook or accessing your purchase, please contact us immediately at jduckworth4@outlook.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors that prevent you from accessing your purchased content
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Requests made within 24 hours of purchase where the product has not been downloaded
